What's covered
Buyer Protection applies automatically to eligible orders placed and paid for through RELIKA checkout. You're protected if:
- The item never arrives, or tracking shows it was not delivered.
- The item is materially different from the listing: the wrong item, hidden damage, or a misrepresented size, condition, or authenticity.
- The item is determined to be counterfeit after purchase.
How authentication works
Listings are verified for authenticity and described condition before sale. Higher-value pieces receive additional expert review, including inspection of construction, hardware, tags, and provenance where applicable. This keeps counterfeits off the marketplace and protects both buyers and sellers.
How your payment is protected
When you check out, your funds are held securely and are not released to the seller until the item is delivered and the protection window has passed without an open claim. If something goes wrong, we step in before any money changes hands.
Filing a claim
If your item hasn't arrived or isn't as described, open a claim within 3 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date). Include photos and a short description. Our team reviews every claim and, when approved, arranges a return and refund. Keep all original packaging and tags until your claim is resolved.
Tips for a smooth, safe transaction
- Always buy, sell, and message through RELIKA. Off-platform deals aren't protected.
- Review photos and measurements before buying, and ask questions if anything is unclear.
- We never need your wallet's private key or seed phrase. Don't share those with anyone.
